“ I’ve been interested in food my entire life, always being involved in the kitchen with my grandmother. After studying Management and Accounting and worked for a Nutritional Corporation for over ten years, I finally decided to make a career change and attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Miramar, Florida. My travel experience in Italy, France, Spain, Mexico, and the Caribbean enhanced my culinary techniques in terms of the way I thought about flavors, textures and combination. I did my formal training at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel.”
Chef Amarylis is the founder and owner of Miami Chef Services and Galerie Gourmet, a raw vegan cafe that consolidated operations with MCS early this year.
